I found this recipe basically embedded within another recipe. Basically, what you get here is a quick and easy way to make a dijon honey mustard sauce that would be good as a marinade, grilling sauce, or saute sauce. Perhaps, it may even go well as a dip or salad dressing...I haven't tried those two options out yet. Anyway, the recipe below creates approximately 1/3 cup of the sauce, so scale the ingredients as necessary.
