Crepes

This is a very basic crepe recipe. For breakfast, try filling it up w/ various fruits. For other meals, try some mushrooms, some swiss cheese, and various meats.


Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
Directions:
  1. Mix flour, sugar, & baking powder in large mixing bowls. Stir in remaining ingredients. Beat with hand beater until smooth.
  2. Lightly butter skillet.
  3. For each crepe, pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet, and rotate skillet to spread batter. Lightly brown each side, using spatula to flip.
