Crepes
This is a very basic crepe recipe. For breakfast, try filling it up w/ various fruits. For other meals, try some mushrooms, some swiss cheese, and various meats.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
Directions:
- Mix flour, sugar, & baking powder in large mixing bowls. Stir in
remaining ingredients. Beat with hand beater until smooth.
- Lightly butter skillet.
- For each crepe, pour 1/4 cup batter into skillet, and rotate skillet to
spread batter. Lightly brown each side, using spatula to flip.
