Crab n' Corn Soup
Well, the crab is optional. You can swap in just about any meat in for the crab. You could try some shredded chicken (cooked), ham, or other type of meat.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups of chicken broth (or 4 cups of water)
- 1 can (about 15 oz.) creamed corn
- 1 Tbsp red wine
- 1 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup crab meat, shredded
- 2 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions
- Combine 4 chicken broth, creamed corn, red wine, and salt in pot. Mix well then bring to boil.
- Add in meat, then bring to boil again. Reduce heat.
- In separate small boil, mix the cornstarch and water. Once it is well mixed, add to the soup. Soup should begin to thicken.
- Add the beaten egg. Allow egg to cook fully, then serve.
