Cookies 'n' Cream pie
Who knew such a simple recipe would become such a hit? I can't really explain it, but it's become my most requested dish. I've even gotten marriage proposals from lesbians with this dish!
Ingredients:
- 1 (6 oz) package instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 (12 inch) prepared graham cracker pie crust
- 2 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreos
- 1 (12 oz) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 tbsp Kahlua
- 1 egg white, beaten
Directions
- Prepare pie crust by brushing egg white over pie crust. Bake crust in oven preheated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes. Set aside.
- Combine milk and pudding mix and stir well. Once pudding thickens, add Kahlua and mix well.
- When pudding is set, fold in half of the whipped topping and crushed cookies. Pour mixture into crust.
- With leftover whipped topping, add a thin layer to the top of the pie.
- Freeze overnight.
- Just before serving thaw in refrigerator for approximately an hour.
