Chocolate Banana Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 1 9-inch deep dish pie crust, baked and cooled
- 1 (1 oz) squares semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 Tbsp butter
- 2 bananas, sliced
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 3.5 oz package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
- 1 1/2 cups frozen whipped cream topping, thawed
- 1 Tbsp kahlua
Directions
- Combine chocolate, milk, butter, kahlua, and margarine in medium sauce pan. Heat over medium high heat and stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Spread chocolate mix evenly over pie crust.
- Arrange banana slices over chocolate
- In a large bowl, combine milk and pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk for 2 minutes. Stir in shredded coconut. Spoon over banana slices.
- Spread whipped cream topping over pie. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
