Pros: Hibachi food at a great price

If you've never had Hibachi food before, this is a great place to get some exposure without breaking your wallet. Hibachi, by its very nature, is a little towards the pricy side, but Kobe Steaks makes it a little more affordable, and you genuinely get a lot of food for your money.
Of course, half of the Hibachi experience is the show that the chefs put on for you. Kobe did not disappoint. Chefs do the dazzling onion volcano, which later becomes part of your meal. Meats and vegetables are grilled and sauteed to perfection. However, when you watch the cooking, you become aware of how much butter goes into the meal. If you're extremely health-conscious, this may be a little disturbing. Regardless, the fish and steak are prepared deliciously. If you order shrimp, be careful, as inspection of the shrimp reveals that they are not cleaned thoroughly before preparation.
Kobe Steaks is a great place for parties, as the Hibachi tables seat many people. If you go alone or as a couple, you will be seated with several other people. If you are in the mood, it's a great place to meet people. Plus compared to other Hibachi restaurants, Kobe Steaks offers its food for a great price.
One little puzzler is the name...even though the restaurant bills itself as a Japanese restaurant, the style of the food seems a little more Chinese.
